![]() The new solution is expected to enable mutual decision making and facilitate the airport, airlines, ground handlers and air traffic control to use the same data, in real-time, and enable them to make fully-informed decisions, further enhancing the airport’s optimal management. SITA Airport Solutions vice president, Matthys Serfontein, said: "Huge amounts of real-time data are presented clearly but most importantly actions are proposed to ensure that airports, like Québec, can improve their service and run at optimum levels." The airport is also implementing SITA AirportResource Manager, which will offer enhanced scheduling, capacity planning and resource management system for mobile and fixed airport resources which include departure gates, aircraft parking stands, baggage carousels, and check-in desks. ![]()
